If you have a faulty product, give our Technical Team a call and they will assist.

We Despatch
If our technical team are unable to find a resolution and confirm the fault, we will ship a replacement to you without invoicing* on the same day, where possible.

We Collect
Once the replacement has been delivered, give us a call and we will arrange collection. Simply tell us where and when! (*credit account required)
